  When at the store, we were initially very pleased with the service. It's unfortunate that at the time of delivery, the delivery professionals realized that the store never sold us parts for the new dryer, and they had nothing on their truck. They said they wouldn't wait for my husband to purchase missing parts at the hardware store across the street and still asked for the full 50$ delivery and installation fee, even though they just left my husband finish the job.

  Dishonest business. Bought a refrigerator and stove on Black Friday 2017. Was not told the refrigerator was not in stock. It was to be delivered in 2 weeks. Got a call it’s not in stock and it will come in on dec 21. Got another call it’s out of stock and won’t be in till jan5,2018! My stove is sitting in the store for weeks but they won’t deliver it without the refrigerator. They want to charge me another delivery fee when and if they get my refrigerator in stock if i want my stove now! Meanwhile I have bought and paid for both. Very poor business and a great disappointment. I do not recommend at all.
