Got approved for $3,500 credit line last year. Went into the store 2 days ago, to look at a $199 item. They asked me to update my information because it had been a year since I had purchased anything. Once I filled out the form they told me that my credit line had been reduced to only $750. I am fighting it with Corporate office. They punish you for not using the credit.
