  Terrible customer service! While he is helping me, a guy walks in with a cell phone and asks if he can fix it, he stops helping me and spends five minutes talking to the guy about his phone. I almost walked out and should have, but he came back. The purpose of the visit was to look at the keyboard which wasn't working. As he starts looking at it, he tries to use the mouse on the keyboard and says it doesn't work, I need a mouse to look at it. I told him the touch screen was working and I have been using the laptop for over a month. Five minutes to find a mouse, he plugs it in and then gets a phone call and leaves me standing there totally flabbergasted. I grabbed my computer and advised him that I would go somewhere else where I could actually get some help.....he had the gall to say, "wait, I'll be right with you" leaving the person on the other end of the line hanging, just like he had done to me for 15 minutes. DON'T waste your time!
