  I cannot begin to express just how disappointed I am with Floor Pros Flooring Outlet. Totally unprofessional and they do not stand by their work or their word. We ordered our granite from them and paid them in full (a whole month in advance), which I will NEVER do again with ANYBODY. When it was time for them to come out to do the template (which they did not show up when they were supposed to and then were unacceptably late when they finally did. I mean hours late without a phone call), so the installer that was taking the measurements informed us that what we had paid for was a prefab granite and not the full slab. We told him that he was incorrect and we told them that Todd (who is married to the owner) was the one that had given us the quote based on our measurements. And based on our measurements (since we had an island) a prefab would have never worked. So Todd knew exactly the measurement when he quoted us. My husband called the next day and spoke to Letha (who is one of the owners) and she informed him that we had in fact ordered and paid for a pre-fab piece. I then called Letha and I have got to say that I have never come across a more unprofessional, rude, condescending person in my years of doing business with anyone. She never once let me speak and told me that "we should be grateful that they are giving us a full slab when in fact we paid for a pre-fab". She then gave the phone to Todd to speak to me. I told Todd to please tell me how much we owed him for the extra granite. He told me that it had been his mistake and that we owed nothing extra. The day of the install came and they showed up at 6pm (minus Todd) when they said they would be there at 1pm. They came and installed all but one side next to the stove. It was a piece only about 24x25. They told us that slab had not been big enough so they were short that piece. So what they did was give us a temporary piece of pre-fab that did not match (neither the color, profile or size). Todd told us that he was going to get a piece from another job and bring and install it. After two months and repeated attempts to contact Todd, we never heard from him again. We have since hired another company to finish the job we paid Floors Pro to do. I will never do business with Floor Pros again and will never refer them to anyone.
