  I switched insurance last year so I'm having to use the pharmacy at Walgreens now. One of my first visits was not a pleasant one. Went through the drive thru to pick up my antibiotic. The pharmacy tech named Leah was very very rude and short with me. There was a minor issue with the insurance that I had never dealt with. I was asking her a few questions because I was confused. She had no patience with explaining what the problem was. She immediately got an attitude with me and asked if I still wanted the prescription. Well of course I still want the prescription, it's an antibiotic and I'm sick. i ended up having to go inside to get the prescription. I made the other employee aware of her attitude. If you don't like what you do for a living switch professions. I'm in the medical field as well and I would not treat people like that. Very disappointed in this pharmacy. I would like to use CVS again, NEVER had a problem there.
